$8,000 TAX CREDIT FOR FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS!

First time home buyers can currently receive a tax credit of 10% of the purchase price of their home, up to $8,000! This is the perfect opportunity for buyers who have not owned their personal residence within the past 3 years to enjoy the benefits of home ownership. 

Recently passed rules also allow some of the credit to be used for closing costs, making it easier for new home buyers to get in the door. And as long as you continue to live in the home for at least 3 years, you will not have to repay any of the credit.
